A Little Schedule Update

Sometimes the best problems are still problems.

After an incredible weekend at Stone Arch Bridge Festival, I found myself in a situation I never expected: my shelves are much emptier than I planned! Thanks to your amazing support, I had record sales and sold far more work than I anticipated.

As a result, I've made the difficult decision to step back from the Loring Pak festival as a vendor. While I'll still be attending to enjoy the event and support my fellow artists, you won't find a Lumps of Clay Studios booth there.

If you're wondering why the event still appears on my Facebook page, unfortunately Facebook doesn't give me the option to remove it since it wasn't an event I created. I wanted to mention that here so no one makes the trip expecting to find my booth.

The good news is that this gives me the time I need to get back into the studio and create more whimsical pottery, fairy doors, mushrooms, gnomes, tiny creatures, and all the other handmade pieces you love. Every item is made by hand, and I never want to rush the creative process or bring a booth that doesn't reflect the quality and variety I strive for.

My next Twin Cities event will be Powderhorn Art Fair, and I'm already hard at work preparing new work for that weekend. I'm excited to bring fresh pieces, new ideas, and hopefully a few surprises.

Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and your continued support of handmade art. Your enthusiasm allows me to keep doing what I love, and I couldn't be more grateful.
