Front Page News! What a Ride!

Okay, friends, I have to share some truly exhilarating news that has me absolutely buzzing! I was recently contacted about having an article written about Lumps of Clay Studios in the paper, and let me tell you, I was super excited about the opportunity!

I had the absolute pleasure of doing about an hour-long interview with Cassidy, who is just an awesome journalist. We talked about all things clay, and she was especially interested in hearing about my mini art vending machine – which, if you've been following along, is truly an adventure in itself! I sent her a bunch of images and let her choose whatever she wanted to use for the piece.

After a little bit of waiting, Cassidy shared the exciting news: the article was live online! I was so eager to read it, and it did not disappoint. It was such a great article; Cassidy did a phenomenal job capturing the heart of Lumps of Clay Studios.

But, you know how it is... who doesn't want to see their article in print?!?!?! I was so eager to get my hands on a physical copy. My husband and I were heading home, and he, being the absolute best, jumped out to grab the paper for me. The look on his face when he strutted across the parking lot had me a little confused, and definitely intrigued. LOL. He plopped down in the seat, held up the paper, and with the biggest grin said, "Get outta here... you're on the front page!"

He was so incredibly proud, and honestly, moments like that remind me just how amazing he is. I truly couldn't do all of this – the shows, the studio, the constant creating – without him and his unwavering help. He's incredible at shows, helps me clean up the studio, and is just my rock through it all.

Anyway, as you can imagine, this article is absolutely getting framed! What a wonderful milestone for Lumps of Clay Studios.
