Cardinal and Friend
I live in a wooded area. There are lots of birds to watch all year round. Even in the harsh winter the cardinal is always a pleasure to spot through the snow. I imagine the cardinal has a little friend who comes back every summer.

Angel
I used to work in the home fashions department. Many hours closing the store and not a soul in sight. I dusted a lot. There was a set of figurines for sale. They had a figurine for every occasion and we were constantly straightening and restocking them. They were touching and beautiful. One thing that I really liked about them is they had no faces. We live in such an image conscious world and it was such a breath of fresh air. I had that job at least 15 years ago and that work still has left a positive impression on me.
